On the outside, high-quality 18/10 stainless steel with a satin finish ensures an elegant look and stability. Inside, the 7 mm thick sandwich base with aluminum core distributes the heat evenly - for precise frying results on all types of stoves, including induction.

The ergonomic handles made of a stainless steel/plastic mix fit securely in the hand and remain pleasantly cool while cooking.

Before using your Galaxy pan for the first time

Rinse your new pan thoroughly with warm water and a little washing-up liquid.

Tip: Always use a hob that matches the diameter of the pan - for optimum energy efficiency.

Which grease or oil is suitable?

Only use heat-stable oils and fats (e.g. clarified butter, rapeseed oil).

Not suitable: Diet fats, margarine or cold-pressed oils.

If fat ignites: never extinguish with water - use a lid or fire blanket.

Non-stick stays non-stick - when handled correctly

Avoid sharp objects and never cut directly in the pan.

Recommended: Kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or plastic.

Heating correctly = protecting the coating

Do not heat your pan empty. Always use the appropriate level for induction or gas.

After searing, medium heat is sufficient.

Cleaning made easy
